The Elevation Tribe

Empowering women to overcome trauma, conquer depression, and rediscover their beautiful, authentic self so they can chase their dreams, and embrace a lifestyle of balance and freedom.

My Personal Journey
This year has been the hardest of my life. Gardening and self-care have been my only priorities. I started the year with a break-up and shortly after my amazing roomie moved out which put me into a dark place of self-isolation. I struggled for months with thoughts of hopelessness and suicide because I didn't know what my purpose was and I felt lost. My mind had been telling me lies that I had to battle every morning for months. After resisting the calling I had last year to start sharing my story I've finally accepted that my purpose is to share my story and help women in similar situations. Everything I've been through will be the roadmap to provide hope and help women find their way out of the darkness. That is how the vision of The Elevation Tribe was born.

The Elevation Tribe Vision
When someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, hopelessness, or self-sabotage it often leads to thoughts of suicide or self-harm. The Elevation Tribe will provide group coaching through weekly/monthly calls where women share their stories, struggles, and triumphs over trauma, negative emotions, and lack of self-worth. We also have an online resource vault that is filled with videos, strategies, and information on how to release those overwhelming emotions. I envision creating a safe community where we can share our struggles, hear stories of hope, and learn strategies to release these negative emotions.

Hi friend, I'm
Kimmy
I'm a Northern girl, living my lake-life dreams in the South. My spicy black cat, Boo, bacon on the griddle, and my beautiful garden all make my soul smile. Bras, toxic people, and stressful J.O.B.s - meh, not so much. I moved to SC in 2020 and since then I've ramped up my journey of self-love and balance seeking. I used to dream of the life I have now and getting here took courage. I walked away from my secure J.O.B. with no back-up plan and spent the following 9 months recovering from burnout and rediscovering joy. Now, I'm living my dream life, teaching others what I've learned, and building an amazing community of women who are ready to embrace balance and build a life they love too.
