I spent most of my adult life struggling with:

After many years of emotional and physical trauma I had built a wall around my heart that even my closest loved ones couldn't break through. I portrayed a façade of positivity and happiness that wasn't a true reflection of my inner struggle.
It wasn't until I started my personal development journey and embraced the practice of Reiki that I finally discovered my beautiful, authentic self.
